Zucchini + Gigante Bean Primavera Pasta with Crispy Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Daily Harvest Zucchini + Gigante Bean Primavera Pasta
- 1 stick of unsalted butter, melted
- 4 large garlic cloves, grated
- ½ cup Parmesan, grated
- ¼ cup firmly packed chopped flat-leaf parsley
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 1 baguette or rustic crusty loaf
Directions
1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, stir together butter, garlic, Parmesan and parsley. Add the salt and generously season with pepper. Set aside while you cut the baguette.
2. Cut the baguette horizontally in half. Generously spread the seasoned butter onto both halves of the baguette
3. Close the baguette, wrap it in foil, and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
4. While the baguette is baking, prepare Daily Harvest Zucchini + Gigante Bean Primavera Pasta according to the instructions on the package.
4. Remove the baguette from the oven, unwrap it, and place both pieces face up on baking sheet, side by side. Return bread to the oven and broil until crisp and golden on top, another 3-5 minutes.
5. Remove bread from the oven, cut each half into 3-4 inch portions, and serve alongside warm Daily Harvest Zucchini + Gigante Bean Primavera Pasta.
