Key ingredients

A serving of cauliflower is an excellent source of vitamin C, which supports a healthy immune system, and a good source of folate, which helps maintain a healthy heart.

Kabocha Squash

Kabocha squash, also known as the Japanese pumpkin, is a winter squash variety with thick green skin and deep orange flesh. Orange winter squash is rich in immunity-supporting vitamin A.

A member of the onion family, leeks are rich in vitamin K, which helps build strong bones and is needed for proper blood clotting.

A member of the carrot family with a licorice-like flavor, a cup of sliced fennel makes a good source of digestion-supporting fiber and antioxidant vitamin C.

Nutritional Yeast

Different from baking yeast (hint: it's inactive), nutritional yeast is a plant-based way to add a burst of flavor and bump up the nutritional value of nearly any dish.

Packed with vitamin K and antioxidants that may help keep cells healthy.
