Key ingredients

Sweet Potato

One medium sweet potato makes an excellent source of vitamin A to maintain eye health and a good source of fiber to help with digestion.

Red Cabbage

A cup of red cabbage contains over half the daily value for vitamin C, an antioxidant nutrient needed for proper immune function. Red cabbage is also rich in vitamin K.

Brimming with antioxidants, iron, vitamin K, and fiber, kale is about as super as a food gets, with benefits to vision, detox, bone health, immune system, cholesterol levels, digestion, and more.

A serving of cauliflower is an excellent source of vitamin C, which supports a healthy immune system, and a good source of folate, which helps maintain a healthy heart.

These leafy greens pack plenty of nutrient-dense punch with blood pressure-regulating potassium. Not to mention iron, calcium, magnesium, and vitamin K.

Coriander is the seed of the plant that gives us cilantro. The whole seed brings a floral vibe, while the ground spice has a bit of a nuttier kick.
